TERMS OF SERVICE

MISC:
- Terms of Service may be changed throughout the year with addendums or caveats, and sometimes there may be exceptions. Price for commissions may also vary depending on time.
- Anything pre-2022 is not accurate to my business practices anymore, and I would readily denounce anything I have said during those times or compensate for mistakes made then.
- I may do commissions out of order, or take on additional commissions while I have things on my to do list. If you believe I am taking too long to do my work, do contact me about getting it done faster or before a certain time- I absolutely do not mind prodding. I have an awful memory and am attempting to take better care in not forgetting my work, but we are not infallible.
- If I have you blocked on any platform or you have blocked me, please do not obtain my designs or draw them, including doing so through a proxy or as commission. I may have you unblocked on certain platforms to communicate with you if needed, but understand a block on one platform means I ideally want to avoid interacting with you on any other. I can't stop you, but it'd really be nice.---PAYMENTS:
- I accept points and USD (100 points = $1), and if I am only accepting one type of a payment at any given moment I will make that clear in the advertisement. If something is listed as "$8", suffice to say I would also accept 800 points for it, unless I state otherwise.
- Paypal will be given through Paypal invoices, and points through the gift option.---COMMISSIONS:
- I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
- Prices are malleable and generally the base price for a standard/nonexcessive character; if your character has many accessories, colors, or has a design that's hard to parse, the price may increase by a small margin.
- You may use the completed commission for anything noncommerical- as in, don't sell my artwork after you've purchased it. You may use my art as thumbnails, icons, or pagedolls, but please make sure to credit me somewhere on the page.
- I will attempt to replicate style for features that I am unsure of are stylistic or not; if a nose is rendered in a certain way on the reference sheet, I will attempt to replicate that. If something not stylistic and you'd want me to try and draw it within my style, please tell me.
- I will readily make understandable edits to art where I may make mistakes or miscommunicate something through my style; however, if you fail to tell me a part of a characters design and I could not have known what I was drawing was a mistake, I will ask for additional payment to fix.---DESIGNS:
- Do whatever you wish with the designs you got from me; sell them for however much you want, sell characters you were traded, use them for whatever with proper credits where they apply, redesign them, make breedable or family designs- but please try not to make carbon copies of my designs or split them apart, specifically to avoid troubling other people.
- As a general, do not color pick my designs or intentionally lift heavy inspirations. Feel free to ask me about referencing or taking inspiration, I just don't want characters uncannily similar around where all of the traits are the same, so as to avoid causing conflict when designs change hands.
- Make sure to credit my TOYHOUSE if you are posting them to Toyhouse. My Toyhouse is Catastrophyte.
- If any of my designs end up looking too similar to someone else's, I am absolutely okay with redesigning them, free of charge, and reimbursing for outdated art as best I can. I may contend similarities, though; unfortunately, every design with the same theme is cursed to look similar, and some color palettes I have lifted from free to use websites.
- For my own characters, I try and record their worth, which includes personal art made by me. I consider a traded characters worth as monetary worth [if I buy a character for $20 and trade it for another character, I'll list that traded characters worth at $20]. If adding personal art or trades to character worth is against the ToS of the creator, PLEASE tell me! I try to keep track of that and add any ToS caveats to characters pages.
